Strada Estates was excellent from start to finish. Jamie was honest, transparent and kept everything moving quickly. Exactly what you want during a house sale. The app they used made it easy to track viewings and feedback, which was a real help. Their approach was professional and supportive, with no overpromising, just solid advice and steady follow-through.
They also handled a probate sale for us with genuine care, managing the viewings and keeping things on course without delay. There were no hidden fees. Just a service you can trust completely.

I must confess that, prior to meeting with them, I wasn't really aware of Strada Estates - I'd heard the name but that was it.
A friend of my brother's recommended them to me and, having spent five months wasting my time with another larger, better known estate agent, I thought they were at least worth a chat and so I met with Jamie who, along with Sharon, is one of the company's two principals.
'We won't tie you to a contract and you can leave us at any time if you are not happy with the service we provide' are not words that you expect to hear from an estate agent but they were amongst the first words that I heard from Jamie.
That is fighting talk in my book and implies a great deal of confidence in the service on, offer and, having finally sold my property (thanks entirely to the efforts of Jamie and Sharon), I will readily confirm that such confidence is not misplaced.
If my experience as a client is anything to go by, you will deal directly with either Jamie or Sharon and knowing that you are in the hands of people with a direct stake in the company's success is immensely reassuring.
They are both very personable individuals who, I feel, complement each other very well and they obviously know their stuff where the local market is concerned but their greatest quality, I feel, is their empathy with their clients.
Whereas most estate agents will claim to be acting strictly for you, bitter experience tells me that many of them are much more interested in a sale and the consequent commission.
Strada, on the other hand, will do all they can to get the best possible price for you and, if appropriate, advise against accepting an offer if they feel they can get a better price for you (which they invariably do).
They will not waste your time with pointless phone calls in the name of 'client service' or insult your intelligence by suggesting an unattainable price for your property.
Once you've got past the preliminaries, you can safely leave EVERYTHING to Jamie and Sharon in the sure and certain knowledge that they will go all out to sell your property and get you the best possible price at the time.
They will let you know what's going on throughout the process and, although all final decisions are yours, you will make them in full possession of all the facts.
They will work with you all the way through to completion and go 'above and beyond' what is strictly required from them in order to ensure that all is well and both parties (buyer AND seller) are happy.
You can not put a price on that sort of attention to detail.

As a property developer , Strada have sold 4 of my finished projects over the last 7 years.
Jamie has always been spot on with all of his valuations materialising in to actual sold prices.
Unlike some other agents who inflate valuations to unrealistic expectations only to then reduce the asking price to get a sale.
The photos , floorplan and write up are very professionally done and does get that initial interest.
Sharon and the girls seem to verify the sales leads so as to avoid the time wasters , and get serious viewers looking at the property.
This is usually followed on with offers and negotions , and careful financial vetting.
Sharon is great to have in your corner when the solicitors are dragging their heels during
the conveyancing process.
All in all , I could not recommend Strada
